CAN COVID-19 IGNITE A RENEWED AGRICULTURAL VISION IN ZAMBIA

My last week’s feature ended somewhat on a gloomy note. That COVID-19 pandemic exposed fragilities in Zambia’s food systems at different levels. I made call for careful reflections about our future sources of food, who produces and for which markets. An argument was made around the need to think beyond the COVID-19 and plan with a long-term perspective beyond traditional silos.
