Consultant to Review and Update CTPD Articles of Association and Board Charter
Purpose
To review and update CTPD’s Articles of Association and Board Charter, identify gaps or outdated provisions, and propose revisions that strengthen governance, improve clarity, and ensure legal compliance.
Qualification Requirement
The consultant must have a legal education background, knowledge of Zambian company law, NGO governance best practices, and strong analytical and drafting skills.
Experience Requirement
Relevant experience in legal drafting, governance review, or policy drafting for NGOs. Experience working with NGOs or similar institutions will be an added advantage.
Principal Accountability
The consultant will review the current Articles of Association and Board Charter, recommend amendments, prepare revised drafts, submit a final updated version, and provide a summary of major changes for internal review and Board approval.
